Preparation of the mains power connection

A limited number of components will be connected to the mains voltage and can be dangerous if used incorrectly. Depending on local regulations, use approved connectors, wiring and insulation. If you are unsure do not continu and contact a professional for assistance.

Prepare
a grouding cable and cable eye. Respect local regulations, use approved wiring
and ensure good insulation. If you are unsure do not continu and contact a
professional for assistance.
Connect the grouding cable to the rack. Scrap away the paint inside the back where the screw is to ensure appropriate contact.
For safety reasons as well to prevent hum it is mandatory to connect a qualitative grounding.
Attach
self-adhesive cable guides at the indicated places:
Prepare the cable loom, use approved wiring and ensure good insulation. Apply cable sleeve for extra protection and finish with heat shrink at the ends.
Perform the following steps on your own responsibility, follow to local regulations
and ask for assitance if unsure.
Attach the cable loom in the cabinet. Make use of tie wraps to fix the cabling in a safe way. These parts carry mains voltage and can be dangerous if installed incorrectly.
Then connect the neutral wire, line wire (phase, hot or activie) and grounding conductor on the chosen plug.
